Forest View PTA will deliver successful fundraising programs that minimize time and effort required for everyone involved; while offering maximum financial benefit for the organization.

With tight budgets and cuts to school funding at the state and local levels, our PTA organization has an even larger role to fill -- building our school community and making programs possible that may otherwise not be feasible.

The money raised through these fundraisers determines how much we have to distribute among items like Classroom Support (including classroom allocations, teacher grants,  etc.), STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math), Community Building (PTA meetings, events, etc.) and administrative expenses.

Matching Fund Programs

Many employers in our area offer matching fund programs for non-profit organizations.  Forest View Elementary PTA is a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization and qualifies for all the tax deductible benefits allowed by law.  Be sure to ask your company's HR rep if they participate in a matching funds program and you can double your support for Forest View PTA!  In the past, some Forest View families have had an automatic deduction taken out of their paycheck through United Way and their company automatically matches the amount and sends a check to Forest View!  For a sample list of which companies participate in Matching Fund Programs -- and information on how they work, click here.
